Imperial Dade, a Jersey City-based distributor of disposable food service and janitorial supplies, announced Tuesday it has acquired Area Distributors.
Imperial in a news release said the deal will help strengthen its West Coast presence.

Area Distributors is based in San Jose, California and is a family-owned and -operated distributor of packaging.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
