CBRE announced on Tuesday it has completed a leasing campaign at shopping center currently under development in Middletown.
The 20,000-square-foot retail complex, located at 1287 Route 35, is 100% leased and scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2020.
Patricia AmecAngelo, vice president at CBRE, served as the leasing agent and represented the property developer, DeVimy Equities, in the deal.
Currently, The Learning Experience has leased 10,000 square feet at the property; Dunkin, Lashes Everything and Sissy’s Nail & Spa each leased an 1,800-square-foot space; and Mavis leased 6,000 square feet.
“Middletown is an area that has undergone a major transformation, with an influx of new residents and businesses, and is in dire need of more retail,” AmecAngelo said. “This shopping center was ideally situated to meet this demand for more stores, which will serve the entire community.”
