A PGA Tour Superstore is opening in East Hanover, according to real estate firms Newmark Knight Frank and Katz & Associates.
The pair said Tuesday the 37,364-square-foot store, which is owned by Williams Parkway LLC, will be located at 98 Route 10 West and provide shoppers with golf equipment, apparel and accessories. It is scheduled to open in early 2020.
NKF’s Dean Tselepis, managing director, and Jerry Putterman, director, represented the owner while Katz’s Hugh Scullin represented PGA Tour Superstore.
“The space is an ideal, convenient location for golf and tennis enthusiasts,” Tselepis said. “We are excited that this opportunity aligned to bring an exciting new retail option to an area that many already favor.”
The store will also offer golf lessons and clinics, swing simulators, practice hitting bays and a large putting green. There will be an in-house club making and repair facility.
The ground-level property is located within close access to routes 80 and 287.
“It’s been thrilling to work with such a progressive and innovative company as PGA TOUR Superstore,” Scullin, vice president of real estate, said. “We are looking forward to the opening of the second store in this dynamic New Jersey market.”
