“This office campus satisfies a niche in our market,” Ting said. “We have worked very diligently with the building owner to add to the exciting tenant mix, and to help find the right office space to meet the business needs of these great companies.”
The complex is situated on 10 acres and is comprised of 24 one-story buildings. It features ample parking, landscaping, on-site management, and more. It is just minutes from Exit 34 of Interstate 295, Route 74 and Exit 4 of the New Jersey Turnpike.
“Whether you are starting or growing your business, Executive Mews provides a professional environment, as well as the flexibility to meet the changing needs of businesses,” Kronfeld said. “We look forward to bringing more tenants to this prestigious Cherry Hill location, and ultimately bring the campus to 100 percent occupancy.”
