Sekisui Chemical Co. Ltd., a Japanese company whose North American headquarters is located in New Jersey, has acquired a Washington-based aerospace and defense products manufacturer, it announced recently.
Sekisui, whose Sekisui America Corp. is based in Secaucus, has acquired AIM Aerospace from Liberty Hall Capital Partners. The firm will now become a wholly owned subsidiary of Sekisui.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
