Kislak sells Jersey Shore investment properties for $8.49M

Woodbridge-based The Kislak Company Inc. announced on Sunday three recent property sales in Central Jersey for a total of $8.49 million.

The transactions include:

  • Rose Gardens, 32-unit garden apartments, Long Branch, $4.2 million;
  • Shopping center, Matawan, $3.3 million;
  • Mixed use property, Point Pleasant, $980,000.

Daniel Lanni, senior vice president, represented all parties in the deal.“Monmouth and Ocean Counties remain a strong market for all types of investment real estate,” Lanni said. “We are consistently selling multifamily, retail and mixed use properties at the Jersey Shore for top dollar and clients rely on our expertise to guide the transactions to closing as smoothly as possible.”

Rose Gardens, built in 1955, is a two-story brick building located at 336 Third Ave. It has two stories and 30 one-bedroom units. Recent renovations induce a new roof, boiler and hot water tank. Amenities include onsite laundry, ample parking and more. It is within walking distance to New Jersey Transit’s Long Branch Station and Monmouth Medical Center.

The shopping center in Matawan has a mix of national and local tenants, ample parking and 13,000 square feet of retail space.

The mixed-use property, located at 2700 Bridge Ave., has retail at the street level and renovated residential units on the second floor.
