The Hallmark Store at the Hamilton Plaza shopping center in Hamilton Township is relocating and expanding, according to Levin Management Corp., managing and leasing agent of the center.
LMC said on Monday the card and specialty retail shop will occupy 7,100 square feet at the 175,000-square-foot retail property.
“Hallmark has experienced tremendous, sustained success at this location since opening here in 1991,” Sidney Singer, senior leasing representative, LMC, who arranged the deal, said. “The store’s expansion will make the shopping experience even more inviting for consumers, while accommodating a larger assortment of merchandise.”
The center is situated at the intersection of Route 33 and Whitehorse-Hamilton Square Road. Tenants include A.C. Moore, Petco, Dollar Tree, T-Mobile, Mattress Firm, Texas Roadhouse, Moe’s Southwest Grill, America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses, Hair Cuttery and Queen Bee Nail Salon. Spaces available range from 2,400 to 4,400 square feet.
