The event featuring former Veterans Affairs Secretary David Shulkin that was scheduled for Monday afternoon has been postponed due to today’s inclement weather and the possibility of an early closure at host Rutgers University.
No makeup date has been announced yet.
Shulkin, the former president of Morristown Medical Center and a well-respected health care leader, has been touring to promote his book, “It Shouldn’t Be This Hard to Serve Your Country.”
Scarlet Startups, which was coordinating the New Brunswick event in collaboration with Rutgers and James Barrood and the Princeton Tech Meetup, announced the postponement Monday morning.
