A telecommunications firm has leased space in a Class A office building in Parsippany, according to real estate services firm NAI James E. Hanson.
Client Instant Access has signed for more than 3,000 square feet at 111 Littleton Road, a 36,289-square-foot, three-story office building near interstates 80 and 287.
NAI Hanson’s Josh Levering and Nicholas DePaolera represented landlord Commercial Realty Group in the transaction with Client Instant Access LLC.
“For smaller and midsize office tenants, it is impossible to find a new building that checks all of their boxes,” Levering said in a prepared statement. “Unfortunately, these firms are literally forced to compromise when searching for space. CRG has designed and created an office building to ensure that small to medium-size businesses no longer need to compromise in their search for modern, well-located, adaptable, high-tech supported and affordable office space.”
Client Instant Access provides dialing, messaging and conferencing services to financial institutions; it had been headquartered elsewhere in Parsippany.
