Tabula Rasa HealthCare Inc., the Moorestown-based health care technology company, has expanded into a new market, upstate New York, under a partnership with Hudson Headwaters Health Network, it announced this week.
Tabula Rasa, which specializes in technology solutions that optimize health care outcomes, said in a news release that its deal with the Queensbury-based nonprofit will see Hudson Headwaters’ pharmacists license Tabula Rasa’s MedWise technology to identify patients at risk for medication-related issues.
“TRHC’s partnership with Hudson Headwaters represents the value TRHC’s MedWise technology can provide a program with a primary focus of improving the health of an underserved population,” TRHC Chairman and CEO Calvin H. Knowlton said in a prepared statement.
The partnership with Hudson Headwaters, which operates 19 health centers in New York, starts in January.
