Restaurant signs lease to move from Paramus to Nutley

Pag’s, a North Jersey restaurant and catering operator, is relocating from Paramus to Nutley because it needs more space, according to commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield.

The restaurant, which serves class American dining dishes, opened in 2018 on the Paramus Golf Course. Its new location will be at 227 Franklin Ave. and its chef is David Paglia.

David Townes of C&W represented landlord Bao Lung Realty Corp. in orchestrating the 6,300-square-foot lease. Roman Drukarov of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services NJ represented Pag’s.

“This lease came together within three weeks of our bringing the space to market,” Townes said. “Pag’s quickly saw the benefit of this high-visibility, turn-key restaurant opportunity. The building is located on arguably the best block of Franklin Avenue – a high-traffic downtown thoroughfare that offers a vibrant mix of dining, retail and services. Pag’s will be a great addition for Nutley residents, visitors and employees of local businesses.”
