Four new retailers are slated to opened up at ‘The Block at Bell Works‘, the ground floor pedestrian street of the Holmdel-based complex, according to real estate firm Somerset Development.
The latest businesses to join the unique selection of shops, restaurants, community services and more include:
- Renaissance Pilates + Wellness, a pilates, wellness and lifestyle center;
- Justin’s Barbershop, a local brand with expert barbers;
- Jersey Freeze, a local eatery serving ice cream and cake as well as burgers and sandwiches;
- The Gathering Shops, a retail shop offering emerging apparel designers that lack a brick-and-mortar presence;
“We’re excited to welcome an exciting mix of local retailers to ‘The Block at Bell Works,’ each of which offers a unique contribution to the evolution of our pedestrian street,” Ralph Zucker, president of Somerset Development, said. “Now, both visitors and daily workers alike will have access to an even wider array of shopping, lifestyle, and wellness options, as ‘The Block’ becomes a bonafide retail destination that rivals those of some of New Jersey’s great downtown cores.”
Sabre Real Estate Advisors’ Justin Korinis, principal; Dina Santarelli, director; Sean Pyle, senior associates; and Julian Alvarez, associate; represented Somerset Development in each transaction.
Bell Works, which is situated on Crawfords Corner Road within close access to Exit 114 of the Garden State Parkway, currently has more than 1 million square feet leased, including over 90% of its office space. Today, the building is home to more than 85 tenants and thousands of workers.
