A holiday party may be one of the rare times when employees socialize outside of the office. While employees should be encouraged to have a good time, employers should emphasize that workplace policies do not fall by the wayside. Employers should remind employees that policies such as anti-harassment policies remain in full effect even at functions outside the workplace.”
