Vantage Real Estate Services announced on Friday it has secured a lease in Cherry Hill for Altum Chiropractic, a neurologically-based chiropractic center.
The 1,755-square-foot office will be located within the Towne Center at Short Hills at 484 Evesham Road, just minutes from Interstate 295 and routes 70 and 73. The shopping center has a diverse list of tenants, including Short Hills Deli, Olive Nail Salon, Starbucks and Stretch Me.
Emily Stein, director of healthcare services at Vantage RES, worked with the landlord, Harry Rosenblum, to secure Altum’s lease. Rosenblum said he is planning to upgrade the property, including connecting all parking lots and thruways. Rosenblum also retained Vantage RES as the leasing broker for Towne Center at Short Hills.

The chiropractic office will also be undergoing a renovation and will be open to the public in early 2020, Vantage RES said.
