ZRG bolsters global tech practice with Miror Partners acquisition

ZRG, a global executive search firm based in Rochelle Park, announced on Tuesday it will buy certain assets of Miror Partners, a California-based executive search firm focused on technology leadership.

“One of our strategic key growth areas for the firm is the technology sector. Adding the Miror team in North America and adding Dona in Europe will broaden our global footprint in the sector,” Larry Hartmann, CEO of ZRG, said.

Joining ZRG is Summer Anderson as managing director of the firm’s Orange County office. Anderson has more than 20 years of experience serving technology industry clients, and specializes in CEO, chief operating officer, chief technology officer, chief financial officer and board of director searches.

“We are excited to take our team and join a truly global platform,” Anderson said. “ZRG’s technology driven search process focused on fit and culture create the perfect overlay for the deep client work we do around matching top talent to the right cultures and companies in this highly competitive sector.”

Tracy Josling will also join ZRG as principal in Vancouver, Canada. Josling, who has a HR background and client groups in Canad, the U.S., U.K., Europe, Middle East, Asia and China, specializes in technology, mining, CHRO and board of director search work.

Also joining the firm is Dona E. Roche Tarry as the global head of the Technology Practice at ZRG. Roche Tarry, has more than 20 years of experience in the ICT sector, previously served as a senior advisor at Miror.
