Colliers International announced on Tuesday the sale of a 151,600-square-foot industrial building in Logan Township.
Situated on 14.09 acres, the property at 1 Warren Court is located within the Pureland Industrial Complex. Colliers will remain the leasing agent for the new owner, Warner Court LLC, which is operated by Boston-based GFI Partners.
The complex sits along Exit 10 of Interstate 295, is less than a few miles from Exit 2 of the New Jersey Turnpike and is minutes from Interstate 95 and the Commodore Barry Bridge.
GFI Partners said it plans to immediately start on a capital improvement project, which will include white-boxing the warehouse interior, new LED lighting, a new roof, one drive in, and the addition of six loading dock doors to its current 12.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
