NAI Mertz, a commercial real estate firm based in Mount Laurel, announced Thursday it has brokered the $1.45 million sale of an industrial/warehouse building in Egg Harbor Township.
NAI Mertz’s Jonathan Klear, senior vice president, represented the seller of 6805 Delilah Road, FDI Trading, and Roy Kardon, industrial sales and leasing specialist, represented the buyer.
The owner, NAI Mertz said, plans to overhaul and improve the property for their own use.
“Egg Harbor Township has seen a number of new users within the last 18 months due to its convenient access to many of the state’s most popular highways and the availability of property within the region” Klear said. “This transaction represents a tremendous value-add opportunity for the new owner, and I am pleased to have brought this opportunity to my client.”
The 33,400-square-foot property, situated on 4.5 acres and located in Atlantic County, is within close access to the Atlantic City Expressway, Garden State Parkway and Route 9. It has 30,000 square feet of warehouse space and 3,400 sure feet of office space. It has 26- to 33-foot ceilings, an insulated corrugated steel roof, six tailgate loading docks, one drive-in door and 48 parking spots
