A national financial advisory firm has signed a long-term office lease in Marlton, according to real estate firm Vantage Real Estate Services.
The Marlton-based firm said in a news release that Prime Capital Investment Advisors moved to Four Greentree Centre, 601 Route 73 N., a Class A office building.
Ken Richardson, an adviser with Vantage RES, worked with PCIA and the landlord, Veritas Real Estate subsidiary VRI Greentree Associates, on the lease transaction.
“The incredibly convenient location, wonderful amenities and amazing renovation of Four Greentree make it the ideal location for Prime Capital Investment Advisors,” he said in a prepared statement.
