WCRE brokered a deal for a Vineland retail property, it announced recently.
The Marlton-based firm said in a news release that it exclusively represented Bluestone Group LLC in the investment sale of 1889 S. Lincoln Ave. to SRP Vineland LLC.
The freestanding, 14,464-square-foot property is currently a Rite Aid located on 7.64 acres, including land for future development, WCRE noted.
Ryan Barikian, a senior associate, and Jason Wolf, managing principal, exclusively represented the buyer and the seller in the deal.
