Besler, a revenue recovery and hospital reimbursement solutions company based in Princeton, has acquired a majority ownership in Panacea Healthcare Solutions Inc., a hospital and physician revenue cycle services firm, it announced recently.
Panacea will continue to operate under its current leadership, with Besler taking over a majority of the board. Frederick Stodolak, a health care industry veteran, will become CEO.
“We are excited to partner with the experienced management team at Panacea to help their organization scale through the introduction of additional expertise and technology from Besler,” Besler CEO and President Jonathan Besler said in a prepared statement.
The combined company will now offer services including revenue recovery, claims auditing, pricing transparency software and more.
