A beauty supply business has signed a long-term lease in Eastampton, according to Vantage Real Estate Services.
Total Hair and Beauty Supply is the second retailer to sign a lease recently at Eastampton Place West, following Ken’s Family Barbershop, the Marlton-based real estate services firm said.
Vantage RES’ Ken Richardson, adviser, and Monica Walsh, director of client services, represented the business in the transaction, working closely with owner Devon Russaw.
“We feel Eastampton Place is an extreme value, given the current market and the center’s close proximity to Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst,” Richardson said in a prepared statement. “As the tenant representatives, we listed to our client’s needs and acted according to those needs.”
The resort-style residential community is managed by Urban Renewal LLC.
