Glebar Company, a Ramsey-based precision grinding solutions organization, announced Friday it has acquired Tridex Technology Ltd.
Tridex is a provider of Electrochemical Grinding or ECG technology, providing turnkey solutions and services tailored to the medical and aerospace industries.
“We are humbled by this transformational opportunity and are excited to welcome the Tridex team to Glebar. Both companies’ respective customers will benefit from the synergy we create together,” Robert Baker, CEO of Glebar Company, said.
