Imperial Dade, a Jersey City-based distributor of disposable food service and janitorial supplies, announced on Monday it has acquired Wagner Supply Co.
With branches in Odessa, Lubbock and Wichita Falls, Texas, Wagner is expected to strengthen Imperial Dade’s presence in the Lone Star State, Imperial Dade said. Wagner is a family-owned and -operated distributor of janitorial and industrial products.
“The Wagner family’s strong customer relationships and reputation for providing high-quality customer service makes the business a great addition to the Imperial Dade family,” Robert Tillis, CEO of Imperial Dade, said.
“We are excited to increase our presence in Texas and look forward to partnering with the Wagner family to capitalize on the many growth opportunities that we see ahead for the business,” Jason Tillis, president of Imperial Dade, said.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
