A 165,000-square-foot industrial park in Freehold has three new tenants, according to West Orange-based Sheldon Gross Realty.
The Fairfield Corporate Park is located at 920-922 Route 33.
Sheldon Gross Realty’s Glenn Jaffee, senior vice president, along with Jonathan Glick, executive vice president, and Matthew Leonelli, sales representative, managed the deals. They include:
- Bury the Hatchet, ax-throwing range, 6,000 square feet;
- Abbington Engineering, consulting firm, 5,484 square feet;
- Garcia Sequiera LLC, 3,209 square feet.
“These three leases further solidify Fairfield Corporate Park’s reputation as a prime location,” Jaffe said. “Our agency serves as the park’s exclusive marketing agent, so I can say quite definitively that space there is in very high demand.”
To date, the firm said it has arranged 13 leases at the park, which is within close access to routes 9, 18 and 34 as well as the New Jersey Turnpike.
