Oracle moves Bridgewater office to SJP center

Information technology and cloud services provider Oracle has relocated its Bridgewater office to the Somerset Corporate Center, according to real estate firm SJP Properties.

SJP said in a news release that the Redwood City, California-based company signed a long-term lease for 17,000 square feet at Somerset Corporate Center 100, part of the five-building, Class A office campus that totals 1.2 million square feet.

SJP Project Solutions, SJP’s third-party construction management division, will oversee the buildout of the third-floor office to house Oracle’s local executive team, SJP noted.

The corporation, known for its database software, will occupy the space during the first quarter, with its local team providing sales, consulting and support to regional customers, SJP said.

“We cultivated world-class amenity offerings at Somerset Corporate Center to create an ideal working environment for tenants on the cutting edge of their fields,” Peter Bronsnick, SJP executive vice president, said in a prepared statement. “We look forward to welcoming Oracle’s software operations team into their custom office space and know that they will enjoy making full use of the lifestyle, fitness and dining options we’ve curated at the campus.”

James Scancarella of Cresa represented Oracle in the transaction, while Bronsnick and development analyst Laura Paridy represented SJP.
