The GLI Group announced on Wednesday it has acquired Public Knowledge LLC, a Federal Way, Washington-based management consulting firm to government agencies.
The deal, the Lakewood-based assurance, testing, inspections and certifications organization said, will expand on its government consulting services.
Public Knowledge will continue to operate under its brand, while its customers can anticipate a seamless transition and be able to leverage GLI’s customer service and culture.
“The GLI Group has completed multiple strategic acquisitions that strengthen our reach in three key areas: Testing and Certification, IT Security, and Government Consulting Services. Recent acquisitions such as SeNet, NMi, and Bulletproof further enhanced our global gaming and cybersecurity offerings. Now, the acquisition of Public Knowledge complements and provides additional bandwidth to our government consulting business,” James Maida CEO and president, GLI, said.
