Denholtz signs leases with four tenants in Piscataway

Real estate developer Denholtz Properties announced the signing of more than 18,000 square feet of leases at a Piscataway industrial flex building.

The company said in a news release that it signed new leases with Avalon Coffee & Tea (5,600 square feet) and Noble Imports LLC (3,400 square feet) and renewed leases with Sigma Impex Inc. (5,600 square feet) and Douglas Sales Associates Inc. (3,550 square feet) at 140 Ethel Road W. — a total of 18,150 square feet of transactions.

The 108,875-square-foot building is located off Exit 5 of Interstate 287.

“Increasingly, the Middlesex County market has become one of the state’s most in-demand markets, with a wide range of companies searching for space,” Christina Jordan, director of marketing & leasing for Denholtz, said in a prepared statement. “Our portfolio of flex space in the market allows us to respond to that demand and meet the diverse space needs of businesses to ensure their continued efficiency and profitability.”
