Reckitt Benckiser signs expanded lease at Parsippany’s LATITUDE (SLIDESHOW)

Consumer goods company Reckitt Benckiser Group has expanded and extended its presence in Parsippany, signing a long-term lease for 187,500 square feet at the LATITUDE office campus, according to the developers.

A joint venture of Vision Real Estate Partners and Rubenstein Partners L.P. affiliates has remade the 700,000-square-foot, two-building campus, it said in a news release.

“Work and life do not exist separately from one another, and our approach to redevelopment at LATITUDE is reflective of the growing preference for workplaces that mirror professionals’ dynamic lifestyles,” Sam Morreale, Vision’s founding and managing partner, said in a prepared statement. “We are not just adding amenities — we are delivering a unique office experience that is setting a new standard for suburban office environments.”

The two five-story symmetrical buildings now include offices, meeting spaces and amenities, including collaborative spaces inspired by U.S. cities from West Coast to East Coast, the developers noted.

“We continue to see opportunity in rethinking well-located Class A suburban offices,” Stephen Card, Rubenstein’s director of investments and principal, said in a statement. “Through thoughtful redesign and amenity programming, we are making desirable places for the suburban workforce and we continue to add value to our properties along with our partners.”
