An Allstate agency has signed a new office lease in Marlton, according to Vantage Real Estate Services.
The Domenick Group LLC took 2,600 square feet at 651 Route 73 N., according to the Marlton-based real estate firm. The office complex is known as the Pavilions at Greentree, it added.
Leor Hemo, managing principal, and Aran Ploshansky, director of operations, worked on the deal with Italia “Lia” Domenick, the agency owner, to identify the location and secure the long-term lease.
The space more than doubles the Domenick Group’s previous office size, Vantage RES noted.
“While this office was not actively being marketed for lease, Vantage RES’ deep knowledge of the office market, owners, and close tracking of upcoming vacancies allowed us as the tenant representative to match this agency with the ideal office space,” Ploshansky said in a prepared statement.
