Equity Real Estate Brokerage LLC, a Paramus-based commercial real estate services firm, has added a residential division, it announced earlier this month.
The firm added four people to the new division — Denise Salizzoni, Benedicta “Beni” Perez, Joanna Wlazlo-Kao and Sumeru “Sam” Patel — it said in a news release.
“Since forming our group in 2016, our plan has been to provide both commercial and residential real estate services,” the Equity 3 LLC Partnership said in a prepared statement. “We understand that to remain competitive and relevant in today’s market, clients prefer to use a trusted and reputable agent for all of their real estate needs.
“By having both residential and commercial divisions in one brokerage house, we can continue to provide our personal boutique services without compromising our clients’ real estate needs.”
