A medical office building in Cherry Hill has been leased to Virtua Medical Group P.A., according to real estate services firm WCRE.
The South Jersey firm said in a news release that it represented JJN Real Estate Holdings LLC, the landlord, as the exclusive leasing and marketing agent for 12,579 square feet at the 18,246-square-foot property at 1945 Route 70 E.
VMG is a network of doctors affiliated with the South Jersey health system.
The multitenant complex offers on-site ownership and local management through WCRE Property Management. It is now fully leased and 100% occupied by VMG and Satellite Wellbound, the firm noted.
Jason Wolf, WCRE managing principal, and Tammi Coppinger, executive property manager, exclusively represented the landlord in the deal.
