CBRE arranges lease for Solix office in Parsippany

Solix Inc., a business process outsourcing firm, has leased an office in Parsippany, according to CBRE, which arranged the deal.

Solix’s new 31,442-square-foot space will occupy part of the second and entire third floors of 10 Lanidex Plaza West, a 75,049-square-foot office building owned by Lincoln Property Co.

CBRE’s Thomas M. Mallaney and Denise Kokulak arranged the 12-year lease for Solix.

“By assuming our client’s previous lease obligation, ownership allowed Solix to relocate its operations at a nearby property where it will house its offices on two contiguous floors,” Mallaney, first vice president, CBRE, said.  “It was a pleasure working with Rick Genthe and Bob Lee of Lincoln Property Company in negotiating this multifaceted deal and I look forward to working with such quality ownership in the future.”

CBRE was also named project manager for Solix’s office buildout. Megan Cudia of CBRE’s Project Management team will oversee it.
