Contractor expands offices in Elmwood Park, NAI Hanson says

A roofing and sheet metal contracting company has signed an expanded lease in Elmwood Park, according to real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson.

NAI Hanson negotiated a 3,005-square-foot lease expansion for Peck Brothers LLC at Elmwood Park Plaza, 475 Market St.

Peck Brothers originally leased 4,970 square feet for its headquarters in a 2018 deal at the Alfred Sanzari Enterprises-owned property, but its growth over the past year required a larger footprint at the site. The new space is directly adjacent to the original one, NAI Hanson noted.

The firm’s Randy Horning and Darren Lizzack represented Peck Brothers in the deal.

“With a large stock of older office buildings on the market today, ideally located and well-maintained properties like 475 Market St. will continue to have a leg up over outdated and functionally obsolete spaces,” Horning said in a prepared statement. “We are confident that the property’s flexibility and central location will continue to support the growth of Peck Brothers Roofing, and we were pleased to work with them to successfully complete the expansion process.”

Elmwood Park Plaza totals 68,000 square feet, and is located near major highways.
