CBRE announced on Monday it has promoted Kevin Dudley to senior vice president.
Dudley, who joined the Saddle Brook-based real estate firm in 2010, currently provides occupier and agency representation services to clients throughout the state. He primarily focuses on leasing industrial facilities along the New Jersey Turnpike corridor and specializes in the cold storage sector.
“Kevin’s promotion to senior vice president is so very well deserved,” Jeff Hipschman, senior managing director of CBRE’s New Jersey offices, said. “Kevin is the true definition of a team player and has been at the forefront of some of the largest industrial deals in New Jersey, providing remarkable outcomes for his clients.”
Dudley, who previously served as first vice president, is an active member of CBRE’s Global Supply Chain practice, CBRE’s Industrial “Young Guns,” and co-chair of CBRE’s Tri-State African American Networking Group.
