Vantage Real Estate Services announced on Friday a new retail lease in Williamstown.
The Marlton-based brokerage said it represented the landlord, Guzzo Development, in leasing 4,725 square feet to general building materials company Sherwin Williams.
Sherwin Williams will join co-tenants Pho City and Happy Nails & Spa at the center located at 328 Cross Keys Road. The center is within close access to Route 42 and the Atlantic City Expressway.
Corinne Giletto, senior advisor, and Aran Ploshansky, director of operations at Vantage RES, worked with the landlord and Sherwin Williams’ tenant representative to secure a 10-year lease, with multiple options for renewal.
Vantage RES said the new space marks a significant expansion for Sherwin Williams in South Jersey.
“There is a tremendous amount of growth in Williamstown, both residential and commercial,” Giletto said. “We see Sherwin-Williams as a wonderful asset to this burgeoning community.”
