Binswanger announced on Monday it has been selected to represent Ascena Retail Group in the sale of a office complex on 20 acres in Mahwah.
The 195,212-square-foot property, located at 933 MacArthur Blvd., features two main buildings connected by an internal passage. The larger building is a three-story office with 144,700 square feet. The second is a three-story, 49,388-square-foot office built in 2014.
“The property is easily one of the most modern and well-appointed offices in the entire Northeast,” Chris Pennington, partner and senior vice president, Binswanger, said. “It is ideally suited as an office headquarters for a company looking to take advantage of the area’s highly educated labor pool and be near Manhattan at a fraction of its cost.”
Both buildings are currently occupied by a fashion company. Amenities include ample meeting spaces, open floor plans, private offices, collaborative areas, a cafeteria, a fitness center, an outdoor patio, and more.
The property is within close access to Exit 66 off Interstate 287, multiple entry points onto the Garden State Parkway and Route 17.
