Levin Management Corp. announced on Tuesday three new tenants committing to a total of 5,600 square feet at Hartford Corners in Delran.
The new leases include:
- Five Guys, 2,700 square feet;
- Smoothie King, 1,600 square feet;
- Edge Salon Blow Dry Bar, 1,300 square feet.
LMC said it currently serves as the leasing and managing agent for the 215,000-square-foot retail destination.
LMC’s Sidney Singer and Andrea Kyriacou, senior leasing representatives, negotiated the leases on behalf of the property owner. Tenant brokers included Stan Brown of MSC Retail for Five Guys and Damon DiPlacido at Arrow Real Estate Services for Smoothie King.
“Five Guys and Smoothie King are leaders in their respective segments, and we are thrilled to add these nationally recognized concepts to Hartford Corners,” Singer said. “These popular chains bring two new food options to the tenant roster, enhancing the variety of choices for hungry shoppers and creating traffic-generating ‘destinations’ for the entire community.”
Anchored by ShopRite and Lowe’s, the center features a mix of diverse tenants including Staples, Planet Fitness, Mattress Firm, GNC, Saladworks, Bobby Chez Seafood, Five Below, Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spa, Pets Plus, and more.
LMC said retail spaces from 1,700 to 5,400 square feet are currently being marketed.
