NAI Mertz, a commercial real estate firm based in Mount Laurel, announced on Thursday it has represented a local behavioral health group in leasing 26,500 square feet at 1515 Burnt Mill Road in Cherry Hill.
The commercial real estate firm’s team of Matt O’Rorke, sales associate; and Jonathan Klear, senior vice president; represented the tenant.
“This lease is a testament to our team’s excellent relationship with our client, as well as the continued success of their business,” O’Rorke said. “We are pleased to have once again worked with this tenant in helping meet their real estate goals,” he added.
The tenant is a nonprofit behavioral health firm that works with children and adults, and will use the space for its new headquarters.
Located within close access to Interstate 295, the property is a 330,000-square-foot facility with parking, a fenced lot and building signage.
