A mixed-use luxury community in Gloucester County’s Washington Township has reached full occupancy, according to developers Woodmont Properties and Atkins Cos.
Woodmont Townsquare, which features 330 one- and two-bedroom residences, is located in the new Washington Square Town Center, which includes 30,000 square feet of retail space and 40,000 square feet of medical offices.
“We’re thrilled at the popularity and success of Woodmont Townsquare, and we are especially proud of the community that’s been created since welcoming our first residents,” Lewis Zlotnick, Woodmont’s president, said in a prepared statement. “We believe Woodmont Townsquare offers a unique setting for residents seeking luxury living and convenience in a prime location which offers a variety of brand-new shops, dining venues, medical facilities and other services.”
The property at 257 Hurffville-Cross Keys Road also includes community features such as a clubhouse, “bark park” for pets, cardio and fitness facilities, pool and more.
The retail portion of the property is 70% leased, Woodmont said, with tenants including Italian specialty shop Jenaro’s and Bison Coffee Co. — both slated to open this spring. Rothman Orthopedic Institute’s flagship South Jersey location is one of the major tenants at the medical office property.
Woodmont is based in Fairfield, while Atkins Cos. is based in West Orange.
