Hackensack Meridian Health has named M. Todd Way as the new regional president for its Central Market, it announced Thursday.
In his new role, Way will lead five hospitals in the health system: JFK Medical Center, Raritan Bay Medical Center-Perth Amboy, Raritan Bay Medical Center-Old Bridge, Bayshore Medical Center and Riverview Medical Center.
“I’m excited to welcome a truly dynamic leader to our team,” Mark Stauder, HMH’s chief operating officer, said in a prepared statement. “I look forward to having Todd continue to advance the operational performance of the central market, while enhancing patient care in our communities.”
Before joining HMH, Way was executive vice president and chief operating officer for Inspira Health in South Jersey. He takes over for Ray Fredericks, who retired late last year, and was replaced on an interim basis by Chief Transformation Officer Cathy Ainora.
