A Velocity Ventures affiliate has purchased a warehouse facility in Pennsauken from the Bloom Organization, according to real estate services firm Colliers International.
Colliers represented the seller in the deal for 2301 Haddonfield Road, a 37,856-square-foot property currently occupied by Maple Direct Printing, a full-service direct mail printing and distribution company with a long-term lease.
Colliers’ Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner, from the Mount Laurel office, handled the deal. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The sale represents Velocity’s eighth purchase through Colliers in the Pennsauken market over the past year, the firm noted.
