NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co., a commercial real estate brokerage based in Piscataway, announced on Tuesday that David A. Simon has joined the firm as chief operating officer.
Simon will be tasked with overseeing recruitment, sales and new business development.
With more than 25 years of experience as a professional manager and broker in the state’s real estate industry, Simon most recently served as past president of the New Jersey Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and the Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association. In 2017, he was anamed to the ROI-NJ Real Estate Influencers List.
