CBRE promotes Brown to head N.J. project management team

CBRE announced on Thursday that Eric Brown has been promoted to director of its New Jersey project management team.

The Saddle Brook-based commercial real estate firm said in this role, Brown will focus on developing new business and growing the firm’s project management offerings in the state. Brown previously served as a senior project manager, where he partnered with clients and managed consultants and contractors. Brown has more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry.

Eric’s experience is exceptional as he has overseen some of our largest accounts in New Jersey.”
