CBRE announced on Thursday that Eric Brown has been promoted to director of its New Jersey project management team.
The Saddle Brook-based commercial real estate firm said in this role, Brown will focus on developing new business and growing the firm’s project management offerings in the state. Brown previously served as a senior project manager, where he partnered with clients and managed consultants and contractors. Brown has more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
