Colliers International’s retail team has been chosen as the exclusive agents for Hamilton Mall, a recently purchased shopping center in Mays Landing, the real estate firm announced recently.
Hamilton Mall is a 1 million-square-foot shopping center in Atlantic County that was recently acquired by two Long Island-based real estate investment firms, Namdar Realty Group and Mason Asset Management.
Jason Fox, senior vice president, and Evan Steinberg, senior associate, are heading up the assignment.
“We are excited about the opportunity to focus on a major redevelopment of a mall opportunity where both Evan and I have had tremendous success and experience with in the past,” Fox said in a prepared statement. “In today’s retail environment, it’s important to understand that the definition of traditional retail leasing has expanded greatly, and Colliers and Mason are teaming up to further turn the tide of this historic mall project.”
