Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announced on Wednesday that Parsippany-based Securitas Security Services USA Inc. has leased office space in Hasbrouck Heights.
The Hackensack-based commercial and residential real estate firm said Securitas USA will take up 2,200 square feet at 777 Terrace Ave., a six-story, 200,000-square-foot Heights Plaza office building.
Securitas USA and its 90,000 employees across the United States provide security across a full spectrum of operational solutions, including on-site, mobile and remote guarding; electronic security; fire and safety; and risk management services.
The new office space will allow the company to create safer environments for its employees and the assets of its clients in Bergen County.
Located at the intersection of Interstate 80 and Route 17, Heights Plaza is within close access to the New Jersey Turnpike, the Garden State Parkway and Route 46. The building has a wide range of amenities including covered parking, a cafeteria with indoor seating, 24/7 card access, an on-site building engineer and day porter, and updated common corridors and restrooms.
“With an ideal location and proximity to major transportation arteries, Heights Plaza is an attractive destination for a range of businesses hoping to tap into the New York City metro area market,” Stephen Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, said. “In addition to a superior location, our superior hands-on property management and unmatched commitment to tenant services provides a space that meets the unique needs of companies like Securitas to ensure they can focus on their business, not on their real estate.”
