Vision Real Estate Partners announced on Wednesday that New Agency Partners, an insurance company, is relocating to a Class A hospitality-inspired workplace in Parsippany.
NAP will occupy 6,600 square feet on the fourth floor at Northpoint at 20 Waterview, an office complex owned by Vision that recently has undergone a multimillion-dollar capital improvement plan.
“Northpoint at 20 Waterview meets tenants’ demands for quality and value unique to the marketplace,” Sam Morreale, founder and managing partner of Vision Real Estate Partners, said. “Every Vision property is designed to provide our clients with the best possible services and most desirable indoor and outdoor spaces to ensure that companies and their employees are able to thrive and reach their full potential.”
As part of the transformation, Vision redesigned the lobby to include seating, created a gaming area with pool tables and a human-sized chessboard, and enhanced amenities, including private phone booths and collaborative work areas with WiFi and power ports. The company also completed a full roof replacement and renovated all restrooms. The third phase of the renovation will include enhanced landscaping, outdoor dining improvements and renovations to the cafe and fitness center.
NAP is relocating to Northpoint in Apirl, Vision said, from 99 Cherry Hill Road in Parsippany. Resource Realty represented NAP in the deal, while Colliers represented Vision.
“Just like insurance isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution, neither is that perfect office space,” Steve Peck, managing partner, NAP, said. “But thanks to Vision’s completely in-house, local property management team, we’re confident that we’ve found the perfect new home at Northpoint. My team and I are thrilled to start this exciting new chapter of our agency.”
Northpoint at 20 Waterview is within close access to routes 24, 78 and 46.
