Colliers finishes series of deals for CPI Companies in Voorhees

Colliers International announced on Friday it has finished a series of deals in the Voorhees market on behalf of CPI Companies.

Colliers’ Evan Zweben, senior managing director, handled the transactions on behalf of the client.

The first deal was the $750,000 sale of CPI’s 6,700-square-foot free standing office building at 513 Centennial Blvd. in Voorhees. The buyer, a rheumatologist, will begin construction and convert the building into a modern medical office.

“My partners and I are thankful we hired Colliers to help us with our real estate needs. From the first day, Evan laid out a process and gave us realistic expectations. Along the way, he was eager to help us with whatever was asked of him: he assisted us in many ways – including recommending we hire an architect to create digital floor plans to help market the building, found and negotiated the deal for our new location, and connected us with our mover. We would not hesitate calling Evan for future real estate needs,” Ron Sussman, a partner in CPI and South Jersey Partners Group, said.

The second included a lease at 1010 Haddonfield Berlin Road in the Laurel Oaks Corporate Venter in Voorhees.
