Zoetis Inc., the Parsippany-based animal health giant, has acquired veterinary reference lab business Ethos Diagnostic Science, it announced Friday.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Zoetis entered the veterinary reference lab sector with a pair of 2019 acquisitions, and continues to grow its presence with the deal for the Massachusetts-based company.

Ethos Diagnostic Science is a business unit of Ethos Veterinary Health, testing for a variety of veterinary species in a variety of fields through its three labs.
