Vantage Real Estate Services announced on Friday it has represented Advanced Diagnostics Laboratory, a genetics testing lab, in its lease expansion in Cherry Hill.
The pathology lab will take over 2,250 square feet and join co-tenants Neurology Pain Associates, DaVita Kidney Care, Independence Rehab, and Garden State Orthopedics at 1030 King’s Highway, conveniently located in the heart of the city’s business district. The building is also within close access to routes 70 and 73, and Interstate 295.
Emily Stein, director of health care services, and Monica Walsh, director of client services, both at Vantage RES, worked closely with Harve Platig of Advanced Diagnostics Laboratory to locate and secure the space. The landlord, Needleman Management Co., helped accommodate the lab’s quick timeframe for the expansion. Advanced Diagnostics Laboratory currently has another facility in Georgia.
