After promoting New Jersey leader Jay Weinstein recently, the accounting, tax and advisory firm EisnerAmper has named a new partner-in-charge for its Iselin and other New Jersey offices.
Diane Wasser, founder and partner-in-charge of the New York-based firm’s Pension Services Group, will now be partner-in-charge of the New Jersey offices, responsible for day-to-day operations and long-term growth strategy for the three offices and their more than 400 employees.
EisnerAmper’s main New Jersey office is in Iselin, and it also has locations in Pennington and Princeton.
EisnerAmper also named Nicholas Tsafos partner-in-charge of the New York office and promoted two other New York leaders, Peter J. Cogan and Matthew Maulbeck, to managing partners for the financial services industry and audit, respectively.
“We’ve grown dramatically over the past several years, expanding our geographic footprint, adding hundreds of talented colleagues along with the latest technologies and introducing many new service offerings to deepen our client relationships,” CEO Charly Weinstein said in a prepared statement. “Today’s rapidly changing world requires that we continuously align our leadership responsibilities with our strategy and vision.
“We wish Nick, Diane, Peter and Matt well in their new roles, and we’re confident that these appointments will enhance the firm’s ability to effectively execute on that strategy.”
